# ERP & eCommerce Integrations

## Overview

Resolve allows you to connect both your Netsuite/QBO instance and an eCommerce platform to streamline invoice management from both systems. The integration guides for ERPs include:

## Customer Accounts

The typical customer journey involves:

1. A customer creates a new account on your eCommerce storefront.
2. The customer then selects Resolve at checkout and registers for a new Resolve account.
3. The order is then placed using Resolve at checkout.

If you are syncing new customer accounts from your eCommerce platform to your ERP instance, and have enabled both an ERP integration along with an eCommerce integration, then this would result in a duplicate customer account in Resolve. Reference [Merging Customer or Invoice Records](https://help.resolvepay.com/hc/en-us/articles/17725644456340-Merging-Customer-or-Invoice-Records) for resolution details.

> **Note:** If you are not syncing new customer accounts from your eCommerce platform to Netsuite/QBO, then you would not need to merge customer records.

To reconcile duplicates:

1. From your Resolve dashboard, select "Customers".
2. Search for a customer record, or select "All".
3. The customer record that originated from your eCommerce integration will be denoted with a caution symbol. Select the overflow icon, then select "Merge customer records".
4. Select or search for the corresponding customer from your Netsuite/QBO instance to merge the customer record with.

## Invoices

Similar to customer accounts, invoices that are created from an eCommerce integration will also have to be merged with Netsuite/QBO invoices. See [Merging Customer or Invoice Records](https://help.resolvepay.com/hc/en-us/articles/17725644456340-Merging-Customer-or-Invoice-Records).

1. From your Resolve dashboard, select "Invoices".
2. Search for an invoice record, or select "All".
3. The invoice record that originated from your eCommerce record will be denoted with a caution symbol. Select the overflow icon, then select "Merge invoice records".
4. Select or search for the corresponding invoice record from your Netsuite/QBO instance to merge the invoice record with.

When using Resolve's Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce integrations, actions such as cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment will still flow through to the merged invoice from the eCommerce platform.

> **Note:** When using the WooCommerce integration, refunds and cancellations do not sync with Resolve. You must also perform these actions within Resolve to reconcile transactions.
