External Sync covers the accounting integration connected to your Resolve account. Resolve keeps invoices, customers, and payments in step with your accounting platform on its own schedule; these endpoints let you trigger a synchronization on demand and check its state.
Two accounting platforms are supported:
quickbooks_online- QuickBooks Onlinenetsuite- NetSuite
Connecting and disconnecting a platform is done in Merchant Dashboard, not through the API.
A sync is queued, not immediate. POST /external-syncs/{platform}/sync returns as soon as the job is accepted, so treat 200 as "queued" and poll GET /external-syncs/settings to follow it:
